Data collection

ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH collects and manages system-related information about the type and time of electronic access to our web offerings, such as IP address, operating system, date and time of access, Internet service provider to ensure optimal operation of our offerings can.
In addition, ARTAGOS Medien- Design-Produktion collects and manages personal data such as name, address, bank details, proof of age, photos and tax data in order to give providers of erotic chat cams the opportunity to present themselves to the public and to pay for these services to permit.
For this purpose, ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH provides this data to CAM-CONTENT S.L. available.

By agreeing to this data protection declaration, you expressly agree that ARTAGOS Medien-Design- Produktions GmbH may pass on the data in the manner described.

Handling photo and video data

Photos and videos are personal data. For advertising purposes, ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH expressly gives the photos and videos you have provided (provided by uploading them to your station portal) to CAM-CONTENT S.L., partner of CAM-CONTENT S.L. and other advertisers. You expressly agree to this transfer by agreeing to this declaration. This consent also counts as consent according to Ar9 GDPR paragraph 2.a should these images or video data allow conclusions to be drawn about your sexual orientation.

Data backup

All collected personal data are encrypted and protected by ARTAGOS Medien-Design- Produktions GmbH, taking into account current security standards.

Disclosure to Third Parties

ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH does not sell or rent any personal data to third parties. Disclosure takes place only within the framework of legal requirements for the purposes listed below:

• You have given your express consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR,
• Disclosure pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
• in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure under Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as
• this is legally permissible and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR.

We have commissioned external service providers to store, secure and provide your and our data and all associated services as well as the payment of their remuneration and have concluded an order processing contract with them and have complied with all other legal requirements for order processing.

Rankings

Algorithms are used to position the live cam on our cam portals, which also take performance data into account, among other things, and thus allow indirect conclusions to be drawn about the success of a producer.
As part of competitions and to increase quality, rankings are created that show your own success in relation to a defined quality criterion in direct comparison with other producers. Exemplary coins achieved in a certain period of time. Here, only the pseudonym of the producer is displayed in relation to other producers. You can be removed from these ranking lists at any time with a simple click or by sending a message to support.

Deletion

If the sender account is inactive (usually after a year without logging in), ARTAGOS Medien-Design- Produktions GmbH will automatically delete all of the account data. Excluded from this are data that are subject to statutory blocking periods, as well as video and photo data that have already been passed on for advertising purposes. However, no further photo or video data will then be passed on for advertising purposes.

Right to Erasure

You can object to this declaration of consent at any time and have your stored data deleted. ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH will delete all data that do not prevent deletion on the basis of legal constraints (e.g. statutory retention requirements).

Right to object

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you, which is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letters e or f. For this you direct your objection by email to datenschutz@artagos.de.

Other rights

In addition, you can exercise your legal rights at any time, in particular the right to information (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), revocation (Article 7 (3) GDPR). To do this, contact datenschutz@artagos.de.

Communication

By accepting this data protection agreement, I agree that ARTAGOS Medien- Design- Produktions GmbH may contact me by telephone, e-mail or post. I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. We inform you that the revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.

Google Analytics

The tracking measures with Google Analytics are carried out on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
